It is considered that the above syllabus prescribed for the Accounts Test for Executive Officers is covered by the syllabus prescribed by the Accounts Test for Subordinate Officers Part I & II, but, the syllabus prescribed for the Accounts Test for Subordinate Officers Part I & II has not been totally covered by the syllabus of Accounts Test for Executive Officers. Therefore, pass in Accounts Test for Subordinate Officers for Part I & II can be considered as equivalent to the passing Accounts Test for the Executive Officers but a pass in Accounts Test for Executive Officers cannot be equated for a pass in Accounts Test for Subordinate Officers.
Part- I & Part-II..
Keeping in view of the above, Govt., hereby clarify that such of the Govt., Servants who have passed Accounts Test for Subordinate Officers Part-I & II, can be exempted from passing Accounts Test for Executive Officers, but the Govt., Servants who have passed in Accounts Test for Executive Officers cannot be exempted from a pass in Accounts Test for Subordinate Officers Part-I & Part-II, where such tests are prescribed in the rules.

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission today issued a note for department test in various department across 22 districts in the state. The Departmental Tests for November 2011 Session (May 2011 Session clubbed) will be held by Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission from 17 December 2011 to 22 December 2011 at 22 District Head Quarters, APPSC said. The Ranga Reddy District was clubbed with Hyderabad District for this purpose.

A.P Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy on Monday approved the publication of results of departmental tests on the official website of the A.P. Public Service Commission. APPSC will conduct the Departmental Tests Examinations at 22 District Head Quarters except Ranga Reddy District which is clubbed with Hyderabad District in two Session every year. The applicant should pay Rs.25/- towards application fee for each Test, Rs. 20/- towards publication of results in APPSC Udyoga Samacharam. Accordingly, a proposal relating to amending Rule-6 of the A.P. Departmental Test Rules, 1965 was given the go-ahead by CM. Earlier, results were published only in the APPSC's magazine Udyoga Samacharam.
The results of the candidates who are provisionally declared to have passed the Tests will be displayed on the Notice Board of the Commission’s Office.

A Division Bench of the A.P. High Court comprising Justice V.Eswariah and Justice P.Swarup Reddy on Tuesday stayed the operation of the judgment of the AP Administrative Tribunal (APAT) which had adversely affected the schedule of transfers and promotions of teachers in the State. Some of the teachers filed original applications in the APAT complaining against the action of the officers in refusing to consider the cases of such teachers for promotions and transfers who resisted the implementation of G.O. 610 . They said that they are continuing to be in the present postings because of orders of the courts and they can not be denied the benefit of promotions , seniority and then transfers. The APAT had directed the government to consider the cases of these applicants for promotions and transfers as per their seniority. The government filed writ petitions in the High Court challenging the orders of APAT. The government contended that the whole process of promotions and transfers is jeopardized in the light of these orders of the APAT. The Bench felt that the balance convenience lies with the promotions to go on irrespective of the APAT order and suspended the judgment of the APAT.
