Andhra Pradesh State Govt. released G.O.Ms.No. 52 on 25/02/2010 to implement Revised Pay Scales under Pay Revision Commssion (PRC) - 2010.Andhra Pradesh Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 2010 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st July, 2008.These rules shall apply to all the Government employees whether temporary, regular or permanent appointed before 1st July, 2008.
The Revised Pay Scales will be implemented notionally from 01.07.2008 with monetary benefit from 01.02.2010. The arrears for the month of February, 2010 will be credited into the GPF accounts of the employees. The benefit of the Revised Pay Scales 2010 will be paid in cash for the salary of March, 2010 payable in April, 2010

Mrs/Miss Arundhathi, you are eligible to get your pay on par with your junior.YOur DDO has to fix your pay on par with your junior in this case(PRC2010).But routinely, appointing authority is authorised to do so

G.O says government will give 6months leave. it will get over on 15th december. she wants to extend her leave as she is stil under treatment. can she extend with out joining??
more over government gave only 3months leave and cut another 3months from her leave(180 days of M.L)

sir, kindly note that step up before prc and step up after prc r NOT d same. step up before prc is for rectifying AAS anamoly only. step up after prc is for rectifying FR 22(b) anamoly only. Step up after prc is possible when sr is fixed under FR 22a(i) and jr fixd under FR 22(b). Not all eligible for step up except 89 and prior recruitees. It is not aplicable in case of 95 and after recruitees hu got promtion in 2002 and after. kindly read d GOs compltely. dont hurry. VISSA
