RVM decided to constitute Divisional Level Monitoring Teams in all educational divisions in the state to monitor the quality initiatives being implemented under SSA so as to improve the quality of education in Government Schools. Each team consists of three subject experts one each in Mathematics, English and Science. Hence applications are invited in the prescribed format from the eligible candidates to work as a team member in the proposed Divisional Level Monitoring Teams.

 i) Last date for submission of application cum bio-data: The last date for submission of application cum bio-data is 22.08.2012.
ii) Submission of application form: Filled in applications along with relevant documents shall be submitted at District Project Office of Rajiv Vidya Mission of the concerned district only. Applications will not be received at State Project Office.
 iii) Age: No person shall be eligible unless he / she is above 18 years and below 36 years as on 01.07.2012. However incase of SC/ST/BC/PH, the maximum age limit shall be 41 years.
 iv) Eligibility criteria: The applicants should possess post graduation in concerned subjects along with B.Ed. Preference will be given to the candidates with Higher qualification and Computer knowledge. Candidates belonging to a division will be given preference in that division.
v) Honorarium: An amount of 10,000/- will be paid as honorarium per month. No additional allowances will be paid except honorarium.
vi) Transportation: A vehicle will be provided to each team to visit schools in the respective division.
vii) Job Chart: 
1) Each team shall visit at least 2 schools every day on all working days. In every month, approximately equal number of schools shall be covered in each mandal in the division. The team shall spend half a day in each school and monitor the below mentioned items thoroughly.
 2) The following items should be monitored during the school visit
• Attendance of teachers and pupils
 • Testing the performance levels of children
• Completion of syllabus by teacher as per the academic calendar
 • Issue of demonstration lessons by Team Members on difficult concepts
• Utilization of Teaching Learning Material and SLIM cards
• Implementation of Computer Aided Learning
• Preparation of lesson plans/ teaching notes by teachers
• Distribution of progress reports to the children
• Implementation of activity based approach in class room teaching
3) Team member should be present in school assembly invariably during the visits
4) Team will be stationed in Mandal Resource Center located in divisional head quarters. They should report to the concerned Mandal Educational Officer.
5) Team should submit monthly report to the State Project Director extending a copy to the concerned MEO & Project Officer of RVM (SSA).
